Om Sarve Bhavantu Sukhinah is a very popular peace mantra in Sanskrit. The original author of this popular Sanskrit mantra is unknown, however, similar sloka can be found in Garuda Purana, Asirvacanam 2 of itihāsa Samuccaya and Uvaṭa’s Mantrabhāṣya of Vājasaneya Saṁhitā or Śuklayajurveda Samhitā.
सर्वेषां मङ्गलं भूयात् सर्वे सन्तु निरामयाः।
सर्वे भद्राणि पश्यन्तु मा कश्चिद्दुःखभाग् भवेत्।।
sarveṣāṁ maṅgalaṁ bhūyāt sarve santu nirāmayāḥ|
sarve bhadrāṇi paśyantu mā kaścidduḥkhabhāg bhavet||
– Garuda Purana 35.51
सर्वे कुशलिनः सन्तु सर्वे सन्तु निराम्याः।
सर्वे भद्राणि पश्यन्तु मा कश्चिद्दुःखभाग् भवेत्।।
sarve kuśalinaḥ santu sarve santu nirāmyāḥ|
sarve bhadrāṇi paśyantu mā kaścidduḥkhabhāg bhavet||

शुभं भवतु पाठकलेखकयोः। शिवमस्तु सर्वजगतः।
सर्वे भवन्तु सुखिनः सर्वे सन्तु निरामयाः।
सर्वे भद्राणि पश्यन्तु मा कश्चित्कष्टमाप्नुयात्।।
śubhaṁ bhavatu pāṭhakalekhakayoḥ| śivamastu sarvajagataḥ|
sarve bhavantu sukhinaḥ sarve santu nirāmayāḥ|
sarve bhadrāṇi paśyantu mā kaścitkaṣṭamāpnuyāt||

The current form of the mantra, popularly known as Om Sarve Bhavantu Sukhinah mantra may have been originated during the second half of the 11th century CE.
