Types of Griha Pravesh Puja
There are three types of Griha Pravesh Puja.
- Apoorva – when one enters a new house for the first time is called Apoorva Griha Pravesh.
- Sapoorva- entering the existing house is Sapoorva Griha Pravesh. Individuals enter the house after arriving from abroad or after migration from elsewhere.
- Dwandwah-entering in a reconstructed or renovated house is Dwandwah Griha Pravesh. Reconstruction work in homes after uncertain calamities. They may fire, landslide, flood, earthquake, etc.
